Swell is a personal project I’ve been working on to celebrate the summer. When I started this project, I knew I wanted to use the name Swell for a coastal-themed business—I loved the name’s double meaning as something good and also a set of waves. The idea for a seafood restaurant meets beer garden meets adult playground quickly evolved. Who wouldn’t want to play corn hole overlooking the ocean while drinking beer and eating clams?
