Planning a perfect beach day is a breeze with the help of the Beach Buoy app. Beach Buoy is an application for iOS devices. It enhances the beach-going experience and makes beach trip planning easy by gathering the necessary information in one place and making it accessible. The application includes a newsfeed, a favorites page, an interactive map, and a search feature. Each beach has its own page that offers information about tides and weather as well as amenities available at the beach. This was a class project for the Graphic Design Certificate Program at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
